The master bedroom offers a plush king poster bed, 50′ LCD TV, and an extra-large master bathroom with a private toilet room. The two additional bedrooms have plush queen mattresses and shelved closets to meet your needs. This home is equipped with cable television and has a 60′ HDTV flat panel television in the living area. High-speed wireless internet is free of charge, and a work area is available for your convenience. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishware, cookware, a large pantry, and stainless-steel appliances. The dining table seats up to 8. There is a 2 car garage, laundry room, fenced private backyard with a pool with the option to heat at an extra charge. The grassy area and covered patio are equipped with a gas grill. The home is open to a beautiful green area and park literally outside your kitchen window. Equipped with doggie parks, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, and walking trails. All linens are provided, including pool towels. This home is perfect for golfers, located near multiple golf courses, and even has a 5-star golf course within 20 minutes. Its wonderful location is 10 minutes from the Peoria Sports Complex (Training Center for Padres & Mariners) and Entertainment Row, including the Arrowhead Mall, Spa’s, Restaurants, and Movie Theatres! 10 min further is both the State Farm Stadium (home to the Arizona Cardinals) and the Desert Diamond Arena. Both are located at Westgate, which also houses much exciting nightlife. It’s the perfect oasis and great for biking, walking, and jogging along our New River Trail just minutes east of our property. Perfect house
This house was amazing! Very very clean, beautifully decorated and great neighborhood. I would highly recommend renting this house again! We loved the pool too! Never had to call the owner for any problems she has enough directions around the house to tell you exactly how to do everything! We will be back again!

Nice stay
We were in town for a karate tournament. The house was easy to find. Easy to access when we got there. House was very nice, my son and I enjoyed walking in the park across the street. Pool was very nice, water was clear and clean. Only 2 things someone might want to be aware of. No shampoo or soap provided, while not a deal breaker by any means I just wasnt aware of it and had to go buy some. Next time Ill just bring ours. In a changing entertainment environment it only has direct TV. We are streamers and there didn’t seem to be any way to stream on the TVs. Id suggest rather than paying for direct TV they could save on money and be more aligned with other places and just provide streaming you login to your own accounts. Again definitely not deal breaking just an inconvenience for our family. Definitely enjoyed having a TV in the master bedroom. I asked a couple questions and got a timely response which is always appreciated. Kitchen had plenty of dishes and items for use. Id definitely recommend staying here. Having a garage was really nice staying in the middle of summer as well. Always felt safe in the area. If our tournament returns next year we definitely would stay here again.
Clean and comfortable
The home was a nice size and very comfortable. Home was very clean. The patio and pool were a-nice way to start a hot day. Easy check in and check out.
Extended stay
Very nice property, good communication with Kimberly. The pool was an nice feature to have as the kids really enjoyed it. The park across the street was also great.
