Enjoy dinner together at the dining table, which is over 100 years old. Every cross was bought to ensure you would experience the heart of Spanish culture. Each bedroom has a smart TV and its own full bath, beautifully designed to experience part of Mexico’s love of art. The home has a split floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths on each side. Nothing has been overlooked. The beach is just out the back door, and the community pool and hot tub are just a quick walk on the beautifully landscaped walking path. Nestled between Las Palomas and La Princesa Resorts on Sandy Beach, this gated community offers a private beach and is a rare hidden gem. It is a very convenient location, just minutes from everything Puerto Peñasco has to offer.

- Required purchase of insurance at 59.00 per visit to cover any accidental damage up to 1500.00 dollars.
- There is a fully refundable deposit of 250.00 when the property is booked to also ensure the property is returned in the order it was rented.

- A government-issued photo ID and a credit card or debit card deposit will be required at check-in for incidental charges.
- Special requests are subject to availability upon check-in and may incur additional charges; special requests cannot be guaranteed.

Amazing property with all amenities
Costa Diamante is a gorgeous development in Sandy Beach. Each house is a mansion, and this particular home is the most amazing one I have stayed in so far. The house contained all the amenities and upgraded appliances you could ask for, from beach chairs, a canopy, and a beach cart to phone chargers on either side of all the beds. A very short walk down the path, the house is practically on the beach front. I would definitely stay here again.
This place is PARADISE PERFECTION!!!
We had the best time at this gorgeous home, we could ramble on and on about all the amazing features!! Clean, comfy, all the bells/whistles, accommodations, LOCATION!!! We never want to stay anywhere else! Our dogs were so happy basking in the sun in the fenced in patio! So many different “hangout” areas!! Wonderful place for family to build lifelong memories!!! Book this!!

This home is gorgeous! We had family and friends get together and everyone was in awe how nice the home was. Upon entering, it is welcoming and gives an instant feeling that relaxation is inevitable, which was exactly what we were there for. It is well stocked with great access to the beach and nearby pool. The check in process was easy and owner is quick to respond to questions. Thank you so very much, we will definitely be staying again
